All orders are prepared and shipped within 3-5 working days. For some it will take longer as we do not hold stock and everything is made after your order, please be aware it may take a while longer to process orders.

All our deliveries are made from our logistics center in Warsaw. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and are calculated automatically.

When we have sent your order, the respective courier company will send you a link with which you can track and if necessary, modify the delivery of your order.

It is possible that during promotional periods shipping costs are no applied, these and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online store. Remember that if you subscribe to our newsletter you will also enjoy these and other promotions when active.

Would you like to exchange and/or return your order?

At Beem we guarantee a unique shopping experience. When you receive your order, if you are not satisfied, you are free to change or return your purchase.

Reasons accepted for exchanges and /or returns:

I want to exchange my article for another.
I want to change the size of my item.
I have received my order in poor condition.
I don't like my products.

*** We only accept returns and /or exchanges made within 30 days of the delivery date.

What steps must I take in order to exchange and / or return?

Contact us by email at with your order number, name and your reason for the exchange or return. The article must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Please send us the article using or including the original packaging as well as the instructions, and any documentation that may have accompanied it.

Once the package arrives and we have examined the article we will notify you and let you know if we have accepted your reason for exchange and/ or return. If we accept your reason to exchange or return we will communicate this to you by email.

Product Defects:

In the case that you receive your product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact within 30 days from receipt of the order and send us an image that clearly shows the damage, and we will try to verify whether the product is faulty or not. In the case that you are permitted to send the product to our offices, Beem Studio will bear the shipping costs. A refund or exchange will be made effective to the purchaser shortly after Beem Studio has verified the said product is defective.


What shipping costs apply?

All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return are to be borne by the buyer, with the exception of products with manufacturing defects and in the case that the wrong products have been received. In these exceptional circumstances, the delivery costs will be paid by Beem Studio

 through  bank transfer.

When will I receive my refund?

When the package has been returned to our office, it will be reviewed by our warehouse before they proceed with the approval of the said return. The product must have been shipped within 30 days of receipt of the order, it must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Once the refund has been issued it may take up to 2-3 business days to 2-3 business days to be effective.
